Mara ‘Red Line’ T is a side table featuring a simple shape with surface extrusions, creating a dynamic look that changes depending on the angle from which it is viewed. Its high-gloss black surface is accented by four red lines, with textured metallic black delicately appearing on the top.
The Mara series is her family of laminated furniture pieces. Named after her late grandmother Mara, it’s inspired by Mara’s kitchen, which was entirely covered in laminate. During her childhood in Serbia, laminate was beloved.
This collection is her ongoing exploration of breaking down archetypal shapes into multiple surfaces, accentuating the form through the use of various laminates.
Each piece in the Mara series can be customized to suit individual preferences, allowing for a unique combination of colors and textures.
