This piece encapsulates an experiment between two mediums. Through classical wood working knowledge, hand-shaped timber forms are wrapped in knit, using an organic laddering technique and traditional tailoring methods, to prompt associations of land surfaces, DNA, and mycelium. This piece expresses itself through a relatable, somewhat characterised body for the home.
