Description
In the 1980s, Italian designers continued their research into simple forms and industrial materials. Cast aluminum made it possible to produce compact objects with fluid lines, often conceived as small, functional sculptures.

Cast aluminum with a textured interior featuring regular striations. The arched shape, resting on a discreet base, highlights the visual lightness of the metal while maintaining a solid structure. Designer unknown; typical work of Italian workshops specializing in decorative aluminum objects of the period.
The condition is good. The aluminum shows some signs of wear and slight surface marks. The interior retains a uniform patina that highlights the relief of the decoration.
The piece measures approximately 20 cm long, 9.5 cm wide and 10 cm high. A compact size, yet very prominent in a given area.
Place it on a desk, console table, or coffee table. It easily holds keys, coins, or small items, while adding a discreet graphic touch to the space.
