Description
A French Art Deco table lamp in chrome, the flared trumpet shade sitting on a stepped collar, chrome ball stem and weighted circular base. The form is classical in reference but resolved with the restraint and precision of 1930s modernism, a lamp that sits equally comfortably in a Bauhaus or French moderniste interior. The chrome is in excellent condition throughout with one small dent to the shade. The warm-toned inner surface of the shade diffuses light upward, creating a gentle ambient glow.
