Description
Deramo Lamp finds its inspiration in Sophie Taeuber-Arp’s Stag King, a Dada-era puppet theatre where figures took shape within a liminal aesthetic between human and object. Formed in metal with a brass plated finish, light flows through the eyes of the figure, animating the face with a quiet expression. When off, it exists as sculpture; when illuminated, it performs as light.
