« Chamber » – Hand-Built Ceramic Cup
Ceramic cup illustrated with an interior scene inspired by the graphic language of Aubrey Beardsley. Windows, curtains, and small furnishings unfold around the surface of the vessel, turning the cup into a tiny architectural chamber.
Hand-carved and illustrated in black slip over natural stoneware. The imagery wraps around the body of the cup while the interior remains partially glazed, allowing the piece to function as a small espresso-sized drinking cup or as a sculptural miniature object. Interior of the cup is fully galzed.
