Beams is inspired by the use of structural supports in architectural buildings, further contextualized within the structures they inhabit. The Beam Floor Lamp features a double-sided light source with adjustable height shades, two I-beams, and folded & laser cut aluminum sheets. The surface is treated with a waxed finish, balancing a sense of rigid industrialism with utility.
