Description
An artisan-made sunburst mirror in dark patinated metal, likely dating from the late 1900’s to the early 2000s. Thirteen flame-like rays radiate outward from a deep porthole-style circular frame, each tip finished with a small ball detail. The rays have a nice depth and dimension to them, and the edges are neatly finished with a folded metal technique, considered craftsmanship throughout.
Sturdy and substantial without being heavy. Great sculptural mirror. Metal patination is very dark brown which appears black in most indoor lighting.
In good vintage condition consistent with age.
Diameter: 62 cm Depth: 4 cm
