Description
A finely crafted anatomical study sculpture depicting a human foot in plaster signed ‘K.J 1917’ and of Swedish origin. The piece represents the tradition of traditional anatomical casting that was prominent in European art education during the early 20th century for understanding human proportion and muscular structure.
Swedish, Signed and dated, Good condition with some minor chips and earlier repairs, A nice patina from age. H 23cm (H 9.1″)
