Description

A striking ensemble of six stoneware pitchers, bringing together figures of post-war French ceramics, from La Borne to the Loire Valley. Here, the pitcher transcends its utilitarian role to become an object of presence, defined by strong silhouettes, confident throwing, and rich glaze work. From the raw character of Azé pottery to the commanding verticality of the large Gustave Tiffoche piece, each work embodies a distinct approach, where gesture and material are in constant dialogue.
