The images in this book are formative studies for large paintings. When each visual is flipped, the figure reveals its duplicity; elusive lines on a contorted path, going back and forth from an illusion to another. You’ll find drawings such as “A duck with a fish in its beak” becoming “a rabbit with a carrot in between the ears”. “Nothing special” becomes “Something special”.
