Description
Exceptionally rare vase from the 1930s. From the Bohemian manufacturer Libochovice. Expressionist style, which is rarely found so expressively in objects. It brings to mind silent films such as ‘The Cabinet of Dr Caligari’ from 1920, in which expressionism is visually translated as clearly as possible. This vase uses the same style while emphasising its uniqueness.
Large and rounded at the top, it offers plenty of space for lush bouquets and arrangements; large quantities of wild tulips are no problem.
