Description
This work was called « Roussillion » after a trip to Southern France where I visited the red-stone-built commune Roussillion. This artwork is the perfect shock of color for any corner, a library or part of a composition in a gallery wall. It was worked with acrylic with a dye effect that seems rusty and a touch of pink freehand pastel strokes. The constrasting colors are sutil and powerful at the same time. It measures 50 x 40 cm and comes rolled inside a plastic tube. It comes with an authenticity certificate guaranteeing it was created by uruguayan artist and architect Paula Piquet in 2025.
