This beautiful ceramic trio from the 1940s, crafted by the famed Swedish artist Wilhelm Kåge for Gustavsberg, features a matte white ‘Carrara’ glaze and is hand-turned with precision. The Carrara glaze, developed by Kåge, is a flint porcelain with a highly calcined finish. First introduced at exhibitions in Copenhagen in 1930, the glaze takes inspiration from the pure, elegant Carrara marble.
