A single stitched bird glides across the top; life’s endless solo journey. With its earthy palette and abstract narrative, the tapestry feels meditative and balanced.

Each appliqué is cut and stitched by hand, using antique silks sarees and linens, allowing small shifts and textures that keep the piece vibrantly imperfect — a gentle reminder of human craft. Antique silk saree, linen, cotton, wool, and canvas. Hand-cut appliqué, embroidery, and layered stitched detailing, handcrafted in Jaipur in collaboration with family-run textile artisans. Natural variations in texture and tone are signs of the piece’s handmade nature. Tapestries are made to order and can be customised in scale, proportion, shape, and palette to suit their intended space.

Each piece is constructed using carefully selected antique silk saris. No two textiles are ever the same, ensuring that every tapestry is inherently unique. Pricing will reflect the level of customisation and accounts for material selection, manufacturing time, and final dimensions. The price listed here is the price for the indicated size. All tapestries are editions of 50, regardless of size or customisation. Once the last one sells, it is then added to the archives and not for sale.
