A sculptural, tambour screen designed by Tom Bogle founder, Tom Roberts.

Meticulously conceived and crafted by hand, the sculptural tambour screen is a celebration of form that blurs the boundary between furniture and art.

Each screen is made from poplar that has been carefully fumed, stained and waxed, resulting in a richly varied surface whose finish recalls the depth and subtlety of charcoal and ink, with a tone that shifts with changing light .

When fully extended, the screen assumes a stair-like silhouette; its fluid adaptability allows it to pursue limitless sculptural forms of which one is a compact cylinder for ease of storage or transport.

Handmade in England by master craftsmen to order, each screen stands approximately 200 cm high and 235 cm wide when fully extended. Every piece is bespoke, custom sizes and finishes are available on request — offering an opportunity to tailor the screen to the proportions and palette of your space.
